New Owner at The Baker’s Table In Parkville

 Parkville Welcomes a Sweet New Chapter at The Baker’s Table

PARKVILLE, MO — A beloved Parkville eatery is beginning a delicious new chapter as Catherine Coughennower, owner of Frosted by Catherine Custom Cakes and Desserts, takes the reins at The Baker’s Table.

Known for her rich cheesecakes, small-batch cinnamon rolls, and artisan breads, Coughennower brings years of baking experience—and a loyal following—to Parkville. We can expect many of our old favorites to stick around, including quiche, biscuits and gravy, hearty soups, and the much-loved chocolate pie. But Coughennower is also adding new flavor to the menu with fresh sourdough, signature cinnamon rolls, and her signature celebration cakes.

A soft opening is planned for June, and Catherine says she “can’t wait to welcome everyone in.” Looks like Parkville is in for a very sweet summer.
